All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Please double and triple check your orders before check out. Please read listings carefully prior to purchase. 

If product is damaged please contact within 48 hours of receiving (verified through tracking) and provide photo evidence of damage. I resolve issues on a case by case basis

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not remake/replace orders.

I do not take any responsibility for any damages or losses after USPS delivers to the provided address on the order. 

I am not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect location due to wrong address provided. Once I have dropped out the package at USPS, there is no way of me getting it back. Please check your info carefully before final purchase.
